Welcome to Deep Yoga Wellness ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website https://deepyogawellness.com/ and participation in our yoga teacher training courses, retreats, workshops, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in our programs. By booking, you represent that you are of legal age and capable of entering into binding contracts.
All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance.
A non-refundable deposit (typically 20–30% of the total fee) is required to secure your spot. The balance is due 60 days before course start (or as specified during booking).
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods listed on the website. All fees are quoted in INR or USD.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking.
By you:
More than 60 days before start: Deposit forfeited, balance refundable minus administrative fee (₹5,000–10,000).
30–60 days before: 50% refund of total fee (deposit + paid balance).
Less than 30 days or no-show: No refund.
By us: If we cancel a program (e.g., insufficient enrollment, force majeure), we will refund 100% of amounts paid or offer transfer to another course/date. We are not liable for travel, visa, accommodation, or other personal expenses.
No refunds for early departure, missed sessions, or voluntary withdrawal.
Yoga involves physical activity. You participate at your own risk.
Consult a physician before joining if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy.
We, our teachers, and staff are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation (except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct).
You release Deep Yoga Wellness from all claims related to injury, illness, death, property damage, or other losses during the program.
We expect respectful, non-disruptive behavior. We may remove any participant for unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct without refund.
All website content, course manuals, teaching materials, and resources are our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, etc.).
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rishikesh / Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
