  • Respect for Teachers: Students must show reverence and respect for their instructors and fellow students, maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere at all times.
  • Substance-Free Campus: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises. We encourage a clean, healthy environment for all.
  • Borrowed Items: Any items borrowed from the school or its facilities must be returned promptly and in good condition.
  • Attendance: Full attendance is expected in all scheduled programs. In case of emergency or unavoidable absence, students must inform the administration with full details.
  • Meal Plan: If a student does not require meals on any particular day, they must notify the kitchen manager in advance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Punctuality: Class timings are strict, and students must maintain punctuality. Timely attendance is crucial for effective learning and respecting the schedule of all participants.
  • Accommodation: Accommodation is provided exclusively for students and staff. Guests are not permitted to stay in the student housing.

Refund Policy

  • Advance Payment: All advance payments are non-refundable. However, in the event of an unforeseen situation, substitute classes may be offered to accommodate the student’s needs.
  • Course Cancellation: Students are allowed to cancel their course at any time; however, the deposit or fees paid will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation Process: There are no additional charges for cancellation. Simply inform the administration of your intention to cancel. Please note that the paid fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

RYT stands for Registered Yoga Teacher. This is a certification from Yoga Alliance which is an international group recognizing Yoga teachers worldwide. Once you are certified as RYT 300, you can register yourself on the Yoga Alliance website to allow your name to be listed as a Registered Yoga Teacher with them. This will help you to globally validate your certification and thereby help in your Yogic career.
As this is an advanced-level course, the student has to be at least 200 hour Yoga TTC certified and has to have good knowledge of Yoga. Considering this course is for students who are very serious about Yoga practice, we expect them to have a strong foundational knowledge that will help them to dive deeper into the course.
200 hour Yoga TTC is designed for beginner to intermediate level students who wish to start their Yogic journey by getting the holistic knowledge of Yoga. 300 hour Yoga TTC is for advanced level practitioners who have gained the basic foundational knowledge and would like to go deeper into the ocean of Yogic wisdom to explore.
Your day as a 300 hour student will start at 6 in the morning and will have intense back-to-back sessions till 7 pm with few breaks in between the classes for food, rest and study. The student has to be ready to teach pranayama, meditation and asana class at the end of the course.
Comfortable loose clothes are preferred while performing asana.
